What We Do

We support our Troops by making appearances throughout America with the Memorial Race Car Road Tour. We display and perform to honor our fallen servicemen and women, and raise monies to help support the families of the fallen. If you have an event where you would like the Memorial Race Cars to make an appearance please visit our contact page and let us know!

"Broken But Not Defeated"
Although many service members will return from their deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq tarnished both mentally and physically, it is Fueled by the Fallen's mission to ensure their rehabilitation and provid them with the best opportunity to succeed in life.

All of our service members need the time to reflect and remember. These people are like you and me, they are not robots, but men and women who have families, friends and comrades that they are very close to. This project allows them the opportunity to reflect and remember the fallen in a productive and healing way. Please help us reach every service member across this great land!

We are actively working to support new treatments for PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
It is estimated that 250,000 troops will come back suffering from PTSD this year!

WHAT IS POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER?
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD, is an anxiety disorder that can develop after exposure to a terrifying event or ordeal in which grave physical harm occurred or was threatened. Traumatic events that may trigger PTSD include violent personal assaults, natural or human-caused disasters, accidents, or military combat. 250,000 service members will come back this year infected with PTSD.

    COMMON TITLES ASSOCIATED WITH PTSD
During World War I, PTSD was called shell shock, and during WW II, it was referred to as combat fatigue. After the Vietnam War, it was often mistakenly called the Post Vietnam Syndrome. Regardless of time period or location, all of these titles reference the same problem with the same reoccurring effects; correctly known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

    TREATMENT
The Pathway Home program is designed to encompass an innovative combination of proven treatment modalities and several promising new methods and techniques, and will integrate transition care for returning veterans with follow-on support for them and their families in a community setting. Iraq and Afghanistan veterans will spend 60 to 120 days in residence at the Yountville Home, in some cases accompanied by their spouses. After completing the residential portion of the program, veterans and their families will return to their homes and communities but will continue to participate in The Pathway Home program. Counselors and other program employees will stay in regular contact with each veteran and their family to ensure long-term successful reintegration.

    LOCATION
The Pathway Home is located on board Yountville Veteran's Home, in the heart of Napa Valley California. It is the oldest Veteran's Facility in the United States. This innovative program is the first of its kind and after the initial trial period, its treatment methods will be utilized in 38 locations nationwide to better care for our returning veterans.
